Tips:

1. Soaking Lamb Chops: Make sure to soak the lamb chops long enough to remove excess blood, which helps improve the flavor and tenderness.

2. Adjust Spice Level: If you prefer a milder dish, reduce the amount of dried chili peppers and peppercorns.

3. Monitor Cooking Time: Keep an eye on the simmering process; if the liquid reduces too much, add more water to prevent burning.

4. Taste as You Go: Taste the broth while cooking to adjust seasoning according to your preference. Add salt gradually to avoid oversalting.

5. Fresh Ingredients: Use fresh herbs and spices for the best flavor and aroma.

6. Rest Before Serving: Allow the lamb chops to rest for a few minutes after cooking before serving to enhance tenderness.
