This recipe details a hearty and flavorful Sukiyaki, perfect for two servings. It features an array of fresh ingredients, including chicken breast, enoki mushrooms, tofu, cabbage, and konjac silk, all cooked in a savory sukiyaki sauce made from soy sauce, cooking wine, sugar, and water.

Vegetarian Hot Pot
Make the soup base
Buy a vegetarian soup base, or make your own with chicken broth. Don’t forget to pour out the excess oil.
Prepare the ingredients
Wash the ingredients, slice or strip them and place them on a plate for later use.
Cook the ingredients
Cook the prepared ingredients until 90% cooked, and add them to the previously prepared soup base.
Serve and eat
After the ingredients are served, stir evenly, add seasonings, and you are ready to eat
Vegetable salad
Prepare ingredients
Wash and chop red cabbage, lettuce, endive, tomatoes, carrots, and melon, and place on a plate for later use.
Cook ingredients
Peel corn and green beans, pour into a pot and cook, then wash several times with cold water, let cool, and place on a plate for later use.
