Ingredients:

Beef: Sliced, about 300g

Black Pepper: To taste

Salt: To taste

Oil: A little for cooking

King Oyster Mushrooms: 200g, sliced

Garlic: 2-3 cloves, sliced

Onion: 1 medium, sliced

Green and Red Peppers: 1 each, sliced

Oyster Sauce: 2 tablespoons

Soy Sauce: 1 tablespoon

Water: 50ml

Cornstarch: 1 tablespoon for thickening

Instructions:

1. Prepare the Beef: In a bowl, mix the sliced beef with black pepper, salt, and a little oil. Set aside.

2. Cook the Mushrooms: Heat a pan over medium heat and add a little oil. Sauté the king oyster mushrooms until they are golden brown on the outside.
