Prepare ingredients: beef, bean skin, tofu, bean sprouts, cabbage, vermicelli, sweet potato vermicelli, etc.

Boil the water in the pot, then add appropriate amounts of chili powder, pepper powder, ginger, minced garlic, salt, and other seasonings to create a spicy soup base.

Add the ingredients into the pot one by one. Depending on the cooking time, add beef, bean skin, tofu, bean sprouts, cabbage, vermicelli, sweet potato vermicelli, etc.

Prepare ingredients: fish, sauerkraut, bean skin, tofu, vermicelli, bean sprouts, etc.

Cut the fish into slices or cubes, add to the pot, and cook.

Preparation method:

Prepare the ingredients: beef, bean curd skin, tofu, bean sprouts, cabbage, vermicelli, sweet potato vermicelli, and a hot pot base (Yuanyang hot pot base).

Add duck blood, bean curd skin, tofu, Chinese cabbage, pea sprouts, vermicelli, and other ingredients and cook until cooked.
