Ingredients

  • 30g black bean curd
  • 1 fragrant fruit
  • ground pepper
  • Erjingtiao
  • Hot pot noodles
  • Cauliflower
  • Fungus
  • Rice cake
  • Oyster mushroom
  • Lotus root
  • Potato
  • Lettuce
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 1 small piece of old ginger
  • 1 grass fruit
  • 1 teaspoon of fennel
  • 1 small piece of cinnamon
  • 2 white buckles
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 triangle
  • ground pepper
  • sesame oil
  • pepper oil
  • 2 tablespoons of Pixian bean curd
  • MSG
  • Salt
  • Chili pepper
  • Coriander

Prepare the ingredients: chop the black bean curd into small pieces and chop the garlic.

Add half a pot of broth or water, put in the marinade box with the spices in the ingredients, sprinkle with pepper and Sichuan pepper, bring to a boil, and simmer for 20 minutes.

Depending on the amount of vegetables, cook on high heat for 5-10 minutes, and it will be ready.

Combine sesame oil, Sichuan pepper oil, MSG, and salt in a bowl. Chop the Erjingtiao green and millet pepper, and cut the coriander into sections.

Please pick up the vegetables and put them in a bowl with sesame oil. Add the appropriate amount of soup, sprinkle with green pepper, millet pepper, and coriander, and it is ready.

Tips
1. Of course, you can choose the vegetables you like. In addition to the above dishes, there are kelp, dried tofu, potato flour, bean curd sticks, winter melon, cucumber, enoki mushrooms, etc.;
2. The soup base is not disposable; it can be used multiple times, but the number of times should be manageable; about three times is no problem.
