Tips:

Prep Ahead: Slice all ingredients before you start cooking. This way, you can keep the process smooth and quick!

Heat Control: Always heat the pan before adding oil. This prevents sticking and ensures even cooking.

Don’t Overcrowd: When stir-frying, avoid overcrowding the pan. Cook in batches if necessary to achieve a nice sear on the beef.

Taste as You Go: Don’t hesitate to taste your dish while cooking! Adjust seasoning if needed, especially with soy sauce.

Garnish with Scallions: For extra flavor and a pop of color, sprinkle fresh scallions on top just before serving!

Tips:

Prep Your Ingredients: Slice all ingredients before you start cooking. This makes the process smooth and enjoyable!

Marinate for Flavor: Don’t skip the marination step! It adds depth to the beef’s flavor.

Don’t Rush the Frying: Give the beef enough time to cook fully for a tender texture.

Keep the Heat Moderate: When stir-frying, maintain a medium heat to avoid burning the garlic and vegetables.

Adjust to Taste: Feel free to add more soy sauce or seasoning based on your taste preference.

Serve Hot: This dish is best enjoyed fresh and hot! Pair it with rice for a complete meal.
