Broth Recipe
• 2 lbs Beef Bones
• 2 lbs Pork Leg Bones
• 30 lbs Water
• 80g Ginger
• 80g Garlic
Boiling Steps:

2. Boil bones with water, ginger, and garlic for 2-4 hours on low heat until the broth is rich and white. Remove residue for pure broth.
