Ingredients:
• Chicken drumsticks: 4
• Coconut milk: 200g
• Onion: 1/2
• Garlic: 5 cloves
• Potatoes: 2
• Carrot: 1
• Red pepper: 1/2
• Green pepper: 1/2
• Curry: 50g
• Fish sauce: 1 tbsp
• Brown sugar: 1 tsp
Instructions:
1. Prepare all ingredients.
2. Heat some oil in a pan and fry the chicken legs until golden. Remove and set aside.
3. In the same pan, sauté the onion and garlic.
4. Add potatoes, carrots, chicken thighs, and stir-fry evenly.
5. Pour in 200g of water and coconut milk.
