Ingredients:
• Beef tenderloin
• Tomatoes
• Silken tofu
• Soy sauce
• Ginger (julienned)
• Cornstarch
• Oil
• Salt
Instructions:
1. Mince the beef and mix with soy sauce, ginger, cornstarch, and a drizzle of oil to lock in moisture.
2. Cut silken tofu into small cubes and blanch in boiling water for 2 minutes. Set aside.
3. In a hot pan, stir-fry the minced beef until it changes color, then remove from the pan.
