Ingredients:
• 1 head of cabbage
• 300 grams of lean pork
• 200 grams of vermicelli
• 2 scallions
• 10 grams of ginger
• 5 garlic cloves
• Cooking wine
• Light soy sauce

Preparation:
1. Prepare the Cabbage:
Wash the cabbage and cut it into sections. Set aside.
