Authentic Recipe for Chongqing Noodles!

Put minced garlic, chopped green onion, lard, pepper, spicy sauce, and old hemp seasoning in a bowl, add two spoons of light soy sauce, one spoon of vinegar, one spoon of oyster sauce, appropriate amount of salt and chicken essence, scoop in the noodle soup, add the cooked noodles and vegetables, and you can start eating

• Chopped scallions 

• Minced garlic

• Pepper powder 

• Lard 

• Hu spicy shell seasoning 

• 1 tablespoon of Old Ma seasoning 

• 2 tablespoons of soy sauce 

• 1 tablespoon of vinegar

• 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce 

• A pinch of salt

• A pinch of chicken essence 

• 2 large tablespoons of noodle soup 

Instructions:

1. In a bowl, combine chopped scallions, minced garlic, pepper powder, lard, hu spicy shell seasoning, and Old Ma seasoning.

2. Add soy sauce, vinegar, and oyster sauce.

3. Season with a pinch of salt and chicken essence. Finally, pour in the noodle soup and mix well.
