Chicken legs: 500g, deboned and diced

Scallions: 2, chopped

Ginger: 1 tablespoon, minced

Oyster sauce: 1 tablespoon

Soy sauce: 2 tablespoons

Cooking wine: 1 tablespoon

Cornstarch: 2 tablespoons

Garlic: 3 cloves, minced

Dried chili peppers: to taste

Sichuan peppercorns: to taste

Sugar: 1 teaspoon

Chicken powder: 1 teaspoon
 

Instructions

1. Prepare the Chicken: Debone the chicken legs and cut them into small cubes. Add chopped scallions and ginger, then mix in 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce.
