First, add the proper amount of warm water to the sesame paste, stir slowly clockwise to smooth it, and add an appropriate amount of peanut butter fermented bean curd (the fermented bean curd must be crushed first; add some fermented bean curd juice), pickled chives, light soy sauce, shrimp oil, sugar, and sesame oil. Mix these ingredients clockwise, then add chili oil and coriander. If you don't like the taste of shrimp oil, you can omit it.
