Whip Up These Fresh Soup Noodles in No Time!
After a long workday, I didn’t want a heavy meal. I found loofah and pork in the fridge and quickly made loofah and minced pork soup noodles. A splash of Lao Gan Ma added a spicy kick! This quick and healthy dinner is perfect for busy professionals seeking an easy meal after work. You’ll love how simple it is to prepare!
Ingredients:
• Eggs
• Ground meat (pork or chicken)
• Loofah (sliced)
• Noodles
• Cooking oil
• Soy sauce (2 tablespoons)
• Oyster sauce (1 tablespoon)
• Salt (a pinch)
• Water
• Chopped green onions
Instructions:
1. Scramble the eggs in a pan, then remove and set aside.
2. In the same pan, heat oil and stir-fry the ground meat until cooked. Add the sliced loofah and continue to stir-fry until tender.
3. Pour in boiling water, then add 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, and a pinch of salt.
4. Add the noodles and let them cook for about 5 minutes. Once done, stir in the scrambled eggs and chopped green onions before serving.
Tips:
1. Ingredient Freshness: Always use fresh ingredients for the best flavor. Fresh loofah and meat will enhance the taste of your dish significantly!
2. Noodle Cooking Time: Keep an eye on the noodles while they cook. Overcooking can make them mushy, so adjust the time based on the type of noodles you use.
3. Seasoning Adjustments: Feel free to adjust the soy sauce and oyster sauce to your taste. You can add more or less depending on how salty you prefer your dish.
4. Serving Suggestions: This dish pairs well with a side of steamed vegetables or a light salad for a complete meal!
