Ingredients:

• 30 g Chaotian small peppers

• 100 g large red peppers

• 10 g Sichuan peppercorns

• 150 ml oil

• 50 g garlic, minced

• 20 g ginger, sliced

• 50 g spicy bean paste

• 20 g paprika

• 100 ml soy sauce

• 2500 ml chicken soup or vegetable stock

• 10 g sugar (stevia)

• 2 green onions, cut into sections

• Salt, to taste

Cooking Steps:

1. Prepare the Peppers: Cut off the heads of the small and large peppers. Tap them gently with the back of a knife to help release the spiciness. Cut the green onions into sections.
