Homemade Tomato and Vegetable Hot Pot
Sauté onion and garlic, then add two tomatoes and cook. Stir in soy sauce, oyster sauce, and water; boil. Add meatballs, beef rolls, and vegetables, including enoki and oyster mushrooms. Cook until heated through. Enjoy!

Ingredients:
• 2 tomatoes
• 1 tablespoon of tomato sauce
• Onion and garlic (to taste)
• Meatballs (to taste)
• 150g beef rolls
• 10 green vegetables (your choice)
• 1 handful of enoki mushrooms
• 50g oyster mushrooms
Method:
1. Prepare Ingredients: Gather and chop all the ingredients.
2. Sauté Aromatics: Stir-fry onion and garlic until fragrant.
3. Add Tomatoes: Incorporate the chopped tomatoes and cook until they release their juices.
4. Season the Base: Stir in 2 tablespoons of light soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, 2 tablespoons of tomato sauce, and season with salt to taste.
5. Add Water: Pour in enough water and bring the mixture to a boil.
6. Add Proteins: Introduce the meatballs and beef rolls to the pot.
7. Finish with Vegetables: Finally, add the green vegetables, enoki mushrooms, and oyster mushrooms, and bring the pot to a final boil.
