Ingredients:

Winter melon: 1 piece

Pork filling: 1 portion

Scallion: 1 small bunch

Ginger: Water from a small half bowl

Soy sauce: 1 spoon

Oyster sauce: 1 spoon

Sesame oil: 1 spoon

Salt: 1 spoon + 2 spoons for cooking

Starch: 1 spoon

Coriander: for garnish

Instructions:

1. Mix the Pork Filling: In a bowl, combine the pork filling with scallion and ginger water, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, salt, and starch. Stir well to mix thoroughly.
