Air-Fried Squid with Cumin and Chili
Squid is marinated in a flavorful mix of soy sauce, oyster sauce, garlic, cumin, chili powder, salt, and sugar. After marinating for 30 minutes, the squid is air fried for 20 minutes until crispy and delicious. It’s a quick and tasty dish with bold flavors!
Ingredients:
• Squid, cleaned and cut into rings or sections
• 2 tablespoons soy sauce
• 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
• A pinch of salt
• A pinch of sugar
• 1-2 cloves garlic, minced
• A pinch of ground cumin
• A pinch of chili powder (adjust to your spice preference)
Instructions:
1.Clean the squid and cut it into rings or segments.
2.In a bowl, combine 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 1 tablespoon oyster sauce, a pinch of salt, a pinch of sugar, minced garlic, cumin powder, and chili powder. Stir everything together.
3.Add the squid to the bowl and toss to coat the squid evenly in the marinade. Let it marinate for 30 minutes.
4.Preheat your air fryer. Place the marinated squid in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
5.Air fry the squid at 400°F (200°C) for about 20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking.
