Ingredients:

• Handmade noodles

• Green vegetables (your choice)

• Minced meat (pork or beef)

• Chopped green onions

• Minced garlic

• 1 tablespoon dark soy sauce

• 1 tablespoon light soy sauce

• 1 tablespoon oyster sauce

• 1 tablespoon sesame oil

• 1 tablespoon five-spice powder

• 1 tablespoon Sichuan pepper powder

• 2 tablespoons chili oil

• 1 tablespoon bean paste

• 1 tablespoon cooking wine

• Half a bowl of boiling water

Instructions:

1. Heat oil in a pan and sauté chopped green onions and minced garlic. Add minced meat and cook until it changes color.

2. Stir in cooking wine, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, five-spice powder, and bean paste. Cook until well combined.
